Exchange, Return and Refund Policy
- Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions.
- We are committed to make your shopping experience as fuss-free and enjoyable as much as possible! Please read through the following terms & conditions prior to making a purchase.
- Exchange will only be allowed in case the product received is damaged/ defective/incorrect. Please note that all the products are handcrafted and a little variation in design / oxidizing is natural. Two units of the same design may differ slightly and will not be accepted as a valid reason for exchange.
- The units have been photographed under lights and the actual product may differ slightly when seen under normal lights, though we maintain the originality in the photographs to utmost extent. This will also not be accepted as a valid reason for exchange.
- All the purchases will be non-refundable except in the case when we have been unable to deliver the product within 45 days of placing the order. We generally deliver all our products within 6-8 business days of placing the order. The dispatch time goes higher in cases where the customization is required by the customer or the product is to be made on order. Such cases will be intimated to the customer in advance.
- We strictly do not accept returns.
If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 6 hours of placing the order by contacting us at [email protected]. We appreciate if you inform us as soon as possible in case you do not want an order, so that we do not dispatch the order and save on the courier cost and the effort.
- If you cancel your order before your product has been dispatched, we will credit the full amount (in case of pre-paid order) in the original mode of payment.
- If you cancel your order after your product has been dispatched, we will refund the amount minus shipping charges( in case of pre-paid order) for both Forward and RTO. Also, the charges will be refunded in original payment mode once we have received the product.
The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Naritva by Neha and accept Naritva’s decision regarding the cancellation.
Note : Refund is not applicable to any product purchased at naritva in any case except the damaged product or wrong product sent to you. In such cases, Pls intimate to Naritva within 3 days of receiving the order.

1) Return not accepted if Customer does not like the product, we suggest that the customer should read the product description before ordering.
2) Return not accepted if customer is not satisfied as we commit to deliver what we have displayed and for the prices we have charged is the best possible.
- Taxes and duties are included in the price of the product listed on the Website, for deliveries in India.
- For deliveries outside India, customs duties and local taxes, if applicable, have to be paid by customers to our shipping partner at the time of shipment delivery. The amount of duties and taxes depend on the policies of your destination country.
- All the sale & discounted purchase is non exchangeable.
